Shipping Policy

Customer service is our number one priority here at Serious Monkey Bizzness.  For that reason, our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. 

All orders that are received by 4:30 PM Pacific Time, will be shipped the same day.    

All orders that are placed outside of our business hours will ship on the next business days.

We have partnered with FedEx, our preferred shipper, for over twenty years because like us, they value customer service.  FedEx allows us to provide our customers with excellent rates and shipping times.  Below you will find a brief description of each FedEx shipping option:

FedEx Priority Overnight:  FedEx offers Priority Overnight service, which would deliver your package to you within one business day (Monday through Friday).  Packages delivered with this service are typically delivered by 12:00 Noon, but the delivery time will vary based on your location.  The more rural your location, the later in the day your package can arrive to you.  If you would like an estimate as to when your package will arrive to you, feel free to contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) and they may be able to assist you with an estimate. 

FedEx One Rate:  The newest way for us to serve you better is their new, One Rate Service.  FedEx One Rate service offers a 2-day delivery* (see table above) guarantee on all packages.  Although 2-day service has always been a staple of the FedEx services, the new pricing for this service is better than that of the US Postal Service, because there is a guaranteed date of delivery, rather than an estimate.  This service also includes Saturday delivery to some areas at no additional charge.  The cost is very comparable to that of the USPS Postal Service as well.  This new One Rate service will deliver within 2 business days to the contiguous U.S.  Hawaii & Alaska, may see a one day delay on their packages, depending on the delivery address.   

USPS Priority Mail:  The US Postal Service offers Priority Mail which should be delivered to your mailbox/doorstep in about 2-4 business days.  This service would be delivered to you with your regular daily mail, by your mail carrier. 

Due to geographical limitations, FedEx may not offer certain services such as Standard Overnight and will require Priority Overnight service.  It is the customer's responsibility to know whether there are any service limitations in his/her area.  If you are unsure, please contact FedEx at 1-800-GOFedEx.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure service is available in their location as it may not be available in all areas.  The customer does have the option to pick up a package at a FedEx shipping location or a FedEx Kinko's location.

All package delivery times given by Serious Monkey Business or posted on our website are estimates only and based on information provided by the carrier and is based on business days, not calendar days. We do not guarantee any specific package delivery times.

All orders are shipped discretely in plain packaging or USPS issued packaging.

Package-labels will read "562 Ventures, Inc" and will not indicate what products are contained.

Overnight shipping via the carrier is available for most areas in the lower 48 states.  Orders placed by 4PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Overnight orders are delivered the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday and needing Saturday delivery will need to have the Saturday delivery option.  Overnight Saturday delivery is available via FedEx Priority.  Any 2-Day orders will arrive in two business days. Example: Friday order shipped Friday will arrive Tuesday.

Serious Monkey Business is not responsible for package tardiness due to carrier error, orders being placed after business hours and processed the next business day, incorrect shipping information, problems with credit card authorization or charging, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, weather phenomena, and natural disasters.
